Growing up in the village of Stonebrook, you had a comfortable life, until the day you fell ill with a mysterious condition that no one could diagnose or cure. This enigmatic illness haunted you, striking unpredictably and leaving you in a constant state of fear and hope as you grew older.

As the years passed, your condition appeared to improve, but a mysterious mark suddenly appeared on your body, raising more questions than answers. It seemed you were marked for death, with no clear reason why. Your only hope for survival was to embark on a journey to uncover the truth.

Journey Through Iroda

Your quest takes you through the fantasy world of Iroda, a land where the gods have abandoned their people and magic is no longer as potent as it once was. You find yourself at the center of a brewing storm that could change the world forever, though your role in this saga remains a mystery. Wanted by some and sought after by others for unknown purposes, your primary goal is to survive and uncover the answers you need.

With the help of a few loyal friends, you navigate this treacherous landscape, making choices that will shape your destiny. Along the way, you encounter remnants of a world where magic still lingers, and you must confront both gods and demons.

Customizing Your Character

You have the freedom to customize your character’s appearance, gender, sexuality, and personality. Choose to pursue romantic relationships, friendships, or alliances that serve your goals. For those aged 18 and above, be aware that this journey includes mature themes such as swearing, violence, blood, and other adult content.

Potential Triggers and Content Warnings

This story includes several potential triggers, including chronic illness, severe injuries, animal death, and references to childbirth and pregnancy. There are also themes of abduction, harassment, religious trauma, and substance use. Additionally, you may encounter scenes of depression, anxiety, nightmares, and disparaging thoughts.

Character Customization and Relationships

You can play as male, female, or non-binary, selecting your character’s physical appearance, including tattoos. Choose a main hobby, skill, or career that your character excels in and acquire a unique scar with an interesting backstory. You can also purchase one of four nameable mounts and shape your character’s personality throughout the story.

Form lasting relationships, including romantic connections with five potential suitors. Enjoy aromantic and romantic encounters with various characters you meet on your journey. The choices you make will influence your relationships and the story’s outcome.

### Oswin Twinflower [AKA: Yarrow]

Oswin, a childhood friend, has transformed from a free-spirited individual into a somber adult. Once known for his smile and mischief, Oswin now distances himself from you, leading to awkward or hostile interactions. Despite his tough exterior, he values the company of others and is driven to improve his skills. However, he struggles with self-consciousness and insecurity.

Standing around 6’2″ with an athletic build, Oswin has black hair, bright-green eyes, and brown skin. He often scowls and has notable scars on his body, each with its own story. He is usually dressed in simple tunics with leather armor and carries a sword at his hip.

### Zahn

Zahn, a gender-selectable character, is a cheerful and supportive individual who meets you on your journey. They are dedicated to their faith and seek to help you in any way possible, though there is a hint of sadness behind their smile. Zahn is social, enthusiastic, and highly adaptable, making them a trustworthy companion.

Zahn stands about 5’5″ with a petite build, wild blond hair, and round blue eyes. They have fawn-colored skin with a rosy hue and slight freckles. Despite their tired appearance, Zahn is always friendly and willing to lend a hand. They dress in rough linen tunics and cherish a ratty cloak.

### Duri’naan [AKA: Duri]

Duri’naan, a demigod to whom you owe a debt, is curious about you. They are charming and laid-back but prefer deep friendships. Duri is perpetually curious and confident, with a love for teasing that can sometimes make them appear disinterested. However, they are always paying attention and understand others more than themselves.

Standing around 5’9″ with a lithe but toned build, Duri’naan has long grey hair and honey-brown eyes. They bear a unique scar on the back of their neck and are missing part of one ear. Duri wears simple clothing made from blue-grey linen and is often barefoot.

### Rūndis Lyreheart [AKA: Rune]

Rūndis, a serious and powerful mage, has a fervent dedication to the God of Destruction, Casimir. Despite their capability to wield great power, they prefer to travel as a bard, saying it angers their mother. They seem indifferent to your plight but cannot resist helping you.

Rūndis stands around 5’7″ with shoulder-length curly black hair and a flash of purple on one side. They have almond-shaped purple eyes and a beauty mark under their right eye. With a strong build and umber skin, Rūndis favors fine robes and cloaks that match their eyes. They are tattooed with the sigil of Casimir and adorn themselves with various jewelry.
